Package: eemu
Version: all
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 2.3

According to the clarification email from upstream which is included
in the copyright file, Debian's permission to modify extends only as
far as directory and file path modifications:

> As long as your modifications concern directory and file path
> modifications as you indicated in your mail, it is OK with us for
> you to package Free eEMU for Debian Linux.

However, the modifications in the Debian diff go beyond this. For
instance, I spotted e.g. that the default password has been changed
from "icecream" to "change-me-now".

As it stands, then, Debian is distributing this piece of software
illegally, in contravention of the license terms. Further
clarification should be sought from upstream ASAP.

This package has been removed from Debian stable because of license
issues (see Bug#258921).
