But it's may be usefull for others. Same applies to xfsprogs, mdadm,.. These are tools which may be needed during an installation, but are not used by my scripts currently. So it's not very easy to declare all these packages as optional for fai. But maybe you're right an the bug is less important for fai. IMHO it's a grave bug, since the nfsroot will not be built without removing the package from the list. Currently I'm preparing the new fai release, which also fixes this bug. LAst weekend we had a fai workshop with 11 fai developers and the whole last week was filled with hard work on the next fai release. So hopefully, I will manage to upload the next fai release today.
