Don't even know whether it still exists anymore, sorry. I was really interested in blootbot at first because of its features, because I'm used to IRC stuff, etc, and thought I'd be able to maintain it. Actually, I didn't take long to notice that I don't have (and don't want to have) the perl skills to fix the unbelievable bugs that tend to appear in the source, such as one I couldn't fix for the package. That added to my inability to get blootbot uploaded, made me give up a considerable amount of time ago, sorry. Some people intended to take the package over, however. Among them, even the upstream author, Tim Riker. Some of them interested people even got in touch with me on IRC to talk a little bit about it. > I'll upload it for you. As I hope I've made clear above, there's no package to be uploaded, currently. What I could suggest, based on the current situation, though, is the creation of a maintenance team, since there are quite a number of interested people. I myself would be in the team, as I'm quite familiar with blootbot by now, and surely know a considerable amount of perl (although not enough to fix some of the weird bugs that come up). What to the involved people think? =) Thanks for your interest, Anibal =D Best regards, -- Guilherme de S. Pastore (fatalerror) <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
