So, you rebuilt the package on a system that had nVidia binary drivers
installed, and it ended up linked to an inappropriate library.  This is
obviously a deliberate feature of the build rules, not a bug.  It would be
appropriate for this package to Build-Conflict with nvidia-glx-dev, but that
is not required for autobuilding (since autobuilders will not have
nvidia-glx-dev installed) and also doesn't solve the problem for users who
have this software installed outside of a Debian package, so I don't think
this is an RC problem.
