I have uploaded an NMU of Daf's version of gsfonts that includes fixed Cyrillic glyphs, using the source package found at <http://people.debian.org/~vorlon/271427/> (copied to my directory to ensure the URL stays valid). Additional information/tests can be found at Daf's site at <http://muse.19inch.net/~daf/dump/271427/>. As mentioned, the fixed glyphs are taken from <ftp://ftp.gnome.ru/fonts/urw/release/urw-fonts-1.0.7pre40.tar.bz2>. Since the changeset includes changes to non-ascii files, I can't attach a diff, but the changelog is as follows: gsfonts (8.14+v8.11+urw-0.1) unstable; urgency=high * Non-maintainer upload. * High-urgency upload for sarge-targetted RC bugfix. * This version is source-equivalent to the previous upload, except that Cyrillic glyphs have been merged from version 1.0.7pre40 of the Cyrillic URW fonts. This should fix the Serbian glyph problem, without adversely affecting font metrics.
