#243466. Beyond that, I get the feeling from the upstream mailing list (phpwiki-talk) that PHPwiki 1.3.x isn't release-stable. And have you counted the long list of bugs that are filed against the package? They're my fault for not having cleaned them up, but I have neither the time nor the inclination to do so (hence my RFA), and until they're fixed I don't think PHPWiki is release quality. - Matt
