Particularly when filing release-critical bugs against a package, please include the package version that it's known to apply against. For FTBFS reports, it is also generally useful to indicate whether your build environment was unstable or testing. (Obviously it shouldn't matter in the case of a missing build-dep.) For the record, this bug appears to apply to both 3.4-3 in testing and 3.4-6 in unstable, since both use cdbs and neither mention it in Build-Depends-Indep.
