I am afraid that we'll have to back out that patch as it is a likely cause for #299051 and probable #297174. Can you please give the inofficial 4.50-4.0 from http://zg.debian.zugschlus.de/zg/pool/main/exim4 a try before I upload to unstable and probably cause _more_ breakage?
