With regard to bug #295877: gauche-gtk is missing versioned build dependencies on gauche-dev (>= 0.8.3-1) and possibly on gauche (>= 0.8.3-1). gauche has been split into several packages and is waiting for NEW package processing (see http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html). I've verified that those two packages are sufficient to get gauche-gtk to build (but since I don't know the package, I can't test they work).
gauche-gtk's control file must be updated to add those build dependencies, and a new package uploaded. Preferably this should be done, I think, before gauche gets out from the NEW queue so that buildds can rebuild gauche-gtk as soon as things are ready.
