Well, i have received some patches during the last week, and i'm
currently integrating them.
I noticed a few of the bugs were fixed already in 1.36.1-1, so I left those out of the patch.

This patch covers a bunch of things, but essentially makes the
bacula-director-pgsql package very close to complete now, and handles remote
pg hosts. Changelog included in the patch.
