The gallery package has a debconf question that asks if you want
apache{,-ssl,-perl,2} automatically configured.  If you do not want the
apache{,-ssl,-perl,2} automatically configured, select no when prompted.
There are numerous other web based packages that offer similar
auto-apache configuration options.  I don't see this as a bug and am
thus closing this bug.
