I'm NMUing the speakup kernel so we can get the security fixes in place in time for d-i rc3. I've attached the NMU diff.
I'm not very pleased to have to do this, since while I've tested the new kernel in d-i, I don't have the actual hardware or knowledge to test the speakup bits of it. The patch still applied, with some offsets, so I hope it's ok. -- see shy jo
