Hey! You are probably using a buggy version of libgnomedb2-3. As you can see here: http://packages.debian.org/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?word=libgnomedb-2.so.3&searchmode=searchfiles&case=insensitive&version=unstable&arch=i386 The libgnomedb2-3 does provide the files you're missing.
