Package: ifp-line Version: 0.2.4.5-1 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
ifp ls gives the following message when not root Device is busy. (I was unable to claim its interface.) It works perfectly as root. I have installed pmp-common and add my user to plugdev -> no result I have tried "apt-get source ifp-line" and "apt-get install libusb-dev" then make, make install -> still does not work even if I use ./nonroot.sh and add my user to ifp group (same error message). If it is relevant: my pmp is iriver 180T, it works perfectly as root on my Sarge installation and as non root user on my Suse 9.2 installation using the make install method above. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-1-686 Locale: LANG=en_GB, LC_CTYPE=en_GB (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages ifp-line depends on: ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-20 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libusb-0.1-4 1:0.1.8-17 Userspace USB programming library -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
