This package is no have any update from 2000 year.

its last upstream release. It's look like that is dead project.
In debian release we have:

Dependency analysis (including build-depends):
muffin depends on jdk1.1 which is not available in testing
jdk1.1 is not a debian package
jdk1.1 is no have any changes from 2000 year too.
Its look like to dead project too.
And it should be removed from debian release.
