This has something to do with a earlier libtool bug. And the cdbs autotools.mk doesn't handle it correctly at this moment.
So the easy fix is: - - get the sources from debian with: apt-get source <package> - - copy the debian directory somewhere. - - remove everything except the orig.tar.gz - - unpack the orig.tar.gz - - copy the debian directory into it - - recompile the stuff
