I don't have any /docdiff in mine, which I just installed.  Did you
just upgrade, or install from scratch?

	$ dpkg -L docdiff |grep -v ^/usr/
	/.
	/usr
	/etc
	/etc/docdiff
	/etc/docdiff/docdiff.conf

I see the files you have listed in /docdiff instead under
/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/docdiff/.
