Package: libimlib2-dev
Version: 1.1.2-1
Severity: serious

Some packages build-depending on libimlib2-dev are now failing to
find /usr/lib/libltdl.la. Could you please add a dependency in
the libimlib2-dev package to libltdl3-dev?

I've find this in a few packages so far, but only filed 1 bug for
it so far: giblib: #286228

Other affected packages that failed with that error included
atleast:
libast
php-imlib
eterm

Here is a list that grep-dctlr says might be affected:
Package: 3ddesktop
Package: came
Package: camserv
Package: digikam
Package: digikamimageplugins
Package: eterm
Package: feh
Package: giblib
Package: gozer
Package: illuminator
Package: kompose
Package: libast
Package: libcaca
Package: libimage-imlib2-perl
Package: libimlib2-ruby
Package: libkipi
Package: phluid
Package: php-imlib
Package: scrot
Package: smilutils
Package: vlc
Package: waimea
Package: wmcoincoin
Package: wmhdplop

Of those the following seem to be unaffected (they were build
succesfully):
3ddesktop
came
digikam
digikamimageplugins
feh
gozer
libcaca
phluid
scrot
vlc
waimea
wmhdplop

The rest wasn't attempted to be build yet.

Kurt

The version of imlib2 which fixes this bug will reach testing today, so this
