mimedb doesn't seem to be the only affected file.  set_color.1, count.1,
fishd.1, and fish_pager.1 also exhibit this problem.

Axel, could you take a look at this? It looks like the Doxygen
conversion to man pages isn't happening correctly.  I think changing the
\section line of those input files to "\section <program> <Description>"
instead of "\section <program> <program> - <Description>" will fix the
man pages.
