The bug was originally reported against afterstep 2.00.02 running on Linux 2.6.10, but the submitter could reproduce with afterstep 2.00.03. Best Regards, robert ------- Forwarded message follows ------- Date sent: Fri, 11 Mar 2005 12:02:13 +0100 From: piombo <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: Re: Bug#298728: afterstep: shared memory error Dear Robert, I've updated afterstep to 2.00.03 from deb http://people.debian.org/~robert/afterstep/ ./ I've rebooted the system and I've started a new X session. On the session shutdown ipcs -p show that the segment allocation problem persists, (old afterstep pid was 3139), I report "ipcs -p", and "ps fax" outputs for completness. Two programs that give me shmget() error are xcdroast and gmplayer, that gives the errors reported in the following. I hope that this informations can be useful.
