If you installed all the build deps based on 2.5.3-1 it should build the
GTK3 version by default. The session code is the same for both, the bug
just had different symptoms in GTK2 vs GTK3. Or on your PC vs my PC. So
can you confirm this fixes both bugs so I can close them when I release
this?

I was thinking of implementing named sessions so you can save and
restore state independently of the rest of the desktop, but I didn't get
around to it yet. I could add an option to make that automatic too.
