You downgraded 656274 (collectd ftbfs on armhf and armel) with no
explanation. I said at the end of the report I discovered that the build
failed on armel as well as armhf and that was the reason for the serious
severity. My understanding is that armel is a release architecture and
as such a FTBFS on it is rc.
I have just retested the build in up to date armel sid and the
rtnl_dump_filter error still happens there.
