Given that icedove 9.x is in experimental, this is a humble request if
you could upload the newer 1.4 release of enigmail.

Considering the fact that icedove 10 should be uploaded really soon and
enigmail needs changes to the build system when switching from icedove 9
to 10, I'll wait for icedove 10 to be uploaded before I do the next
enigmail upload.
