Okay, I see xscreensaver-demo and xscreensaver itself have different
ideas on precision of some options, so 0:00:20 becomes 0:00:00 in
xscreensaver-demo. Anyway. If user hasn't explicitly changed any of the
options, the must not be overriden, rounded, or somehow else changed.

And *this* is clearly a bug.

Also, it'd be good to have ability to edit time-related options with
the same precision as they're specified in the configuration file.
