Severity: wishlist

Hello,

I do heavily use linux capabilities to harden my system a bit. For
example, I use "dpkg-statoverride --update --add root root 755 =mount;
setcap 1,21=ep =mount". But every time I have to mount a cdrom or so
dpkg has overwritten this capabilities and I have to reset them.

Please do not overwrite this capabilities or give a way to reset them
after a binary was updated.
