Hello Christophe,
rotRPackage as shipped in python-openturns is unusable:

Real message error is:

According to http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.r.debian/1649
R packages have to be rebuilt against the new R Debian packages, thus
rebuilding openturns should just work.
