Package: cryptsetup Version: 2:1.4.1-2 Severity: normal --- Please enter the report below this line. ---
I am running 3 LUKS encrypted disks in a software RAID5. After upgrading to version 2:1.4.1-2 of cryptsetup cryptsetup luksOpen /dev/sdb sdb_crypt on any of these disks failed, returning the error LUKS keyslot 4 is invalid. LUKS keyslot 5 is invalid. On the devices in question, only the keyslots 0 and 1 are used and if I remember correctly, slots 4 and 5 were never in use. Opening an encrypted container file on a different disk worked just fine. Reverting back to version 2:1.1.3-4sqeeze2 solved the problem for the time being.
