Installing the nfdump package

sfcapd is enabled in debian/rules (--enable-sflow) and the binary is built, but 
then it is not added to the Debian package.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?

sfcapd binaries should be installed to /usr/bin too.
