Hello, petsc has built on and off (mostly off) on armel, and there's a new upstream bug which makes it not work on kfreebsd-*. The presence of old packages is preventing petsc 3.2 and a bunch of rdeps from migrating, so please remove the binary packages: libpetsc3.1, libpetsc3.1-dbg and libpetsc3.1-dev on those architectures.
