Package: dhcp-probe Version: 1.3.0-10 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
After purging and reinstalling dhcp-probe, I got the following ucf message: Not replacing deleted config file /etc/dhcp-probe/dhcp-probe.br1 After some investigation, it appeared that the postrm script does do a purge of the conffiles, but only conffiles that are still present. As dhcp-probe.br1 had been deleted, its ucf information is not purged when dhcp-probe was uninstalled.
