The libconfig ABI change involves changing the third input parameter of config_lookup_int from a long to an int. Cesar's existing workaround was to create a temporary long variable and cast to an int. This was not necessary on WIN32 as presumably the latest libconfig libraries were available. Now that the Debian version of libconfig will soon be up to date, the workaround can be dropped. Cesar, would you mind looking at 0001-Remove-workaround-for-older-libconfig-versions.patch just to confirm that this is correct? @Andreas I must coordinate with release team to manage the transition so please do not upload a new version of sitplus just yet (unless you want your package to FTBFS until I upload libconfig9 to unstable ;-)).
