Hello Igarashi-san, I have a provisional version of python-uncertainties that builds the Python3 version. Unfortunately it requires python-numpy to run and to satisfy the unit tests, and Numpy has not been packaged for Python 3 yet. See #601593
I'll be happy to release the Python 3 version once Numpy is ready, I'll keep an eye on #601593 in the meantime. Thanks for your bug report!
