This is a PAUSE issue - the upload permissions need to be transferred to Tye McQueen from Ned Konz and reindexed. (Correction: I just checked the permissions, TYEMQ has upload permissions, but the releases are still tagged UNAUTHORIZED. I will ask the PAUSE admins to reindex the distribution).
