Package: debian-policy Severity: normal Policy 5.4 currently reads:
"This file consists of a single paragraph [...]. The fields of that paragraph are listed below. Their syntax is described above, in Appendix D, `Control files and their fields (from old Packaging Manual)'."
I believe something is wrong here. First of all, the appendix is not "above". But more importantly, the appendix doesn't describe the syntax, it just redirects to Policy 5.1.
