However, I am re-opening the bug, since there's still something that
looks incorrect in the debian/copyright file:

It does not seem to me that the majority of the shipped files are
dual-licensed under MPLv1.1/GPLv3
I see many files solely released under the terms of the GNU GPL v3 (or
later).

Do you have information about a further licensing option (under the
MPLv1.1) that's not written inside the source files?
If this is the case, I think you should document this additional
information in the debian/copyright file...

Please fix the debian/copyright file.
