Dear maintainer, I have the same problem since upgrading from 3.1.5 to 3.2.0.
I did some investigation. Acommplished success when: - switched off network-manager - unloaded via rmmod ath9k_hw, ahth9k_common, ath9k, ath, cfg80211 & mac80211 - loaded via modprobe ath5k by mistake - unloaded ath5k - loaded ath9k - switched interface on via /etc/network/interfaces & iufup -v wlan0 When switched down via ifdow -v wlan0 and restarted network-manager did get a lot of 'Network is down' errors. My lspci states that 03:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc.
