Package: xserver-xorg-video-dummy
Version: 0.3.5-1
Severity: important

Hello,

In version 0.3.5-1, I cannot use the dummy driver with the Xdummy script from
x11vnc (see http://www.karlrunge.com/x11vnc/Xdummy). The error message I am
getting is:

$ ./Xdummy :1
Xdummy: cc -shared -fPIC -o /tmp/Xdummy.michael/1/Xdummy.so
/tmp/Xdummy.1258018047.c
Xdummy: selected fallback VT vt16

I am not quite sure why you decided to use --disable-dga for this version. I
rebuilt the package and removed --disable-dga from debian/rules, that fixes the
problem for me.

I used severity: important for this bug because it completely breaks the
package for my use case. Not sure if it’s still usable for anyone else, though
:).

Thanks,
Best regards,
Michael
