The test command $ mpirun -np 4 /usr/lib/blacs/cblacs_test_shared-openmpi failed due to the error >>> *** Process received signal *** >>> Signal: Segmentation fault (11) >>> Signal code: Address not mapped (1) This error seems to be filed as a bug in Ubuntu, too. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/blacs-mpi/+bug/914769 If you have time, could you check the details? I am using Debian/testing and openmpi-bin(1.4.3-2.1).
