It means that the person sending to the bug report doesn't get an ack
of this.

Would you mind if we do a translation update round: I send a call for
translations, wait for one week for what comes in (a Polish
translation is highly probably as well as a completed Czech and
Italian), then I give you a GO for uploading. Meanwhile, I monitor and
verify what comes in.
