Package: debian-reference Version: 2.47 Severity: normal Unlike other DDP documents, this does not support PDF.
Others use xetex as backend for UTF-8 compatible TeX. But heavy use of table in this document prevented the similar. This is quite annoyng and needs to be fixed ASAP. ==== XSLT stylesheets DocBook - LaTeX 2e (0.3.2-2) =================================================== Build stdin.pdf xelatex failed stdin.tex: File ended while scanning use of \multicolumn. stdin.tex: Emergency stop. Unexpected error occured Error: xelatex compilation failed make: *** [/home/osamu/pvcs/ddp/quick-reference/html/debian-reference.en.pdf] Error 1 So bug is in \multicolumn interfaring with UTF-8 character or something fancy such as URL links. This is likely to be texlive xetex package related bug but it can be dblatex bug. -- System Information: Debian Release: wheezy/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.2.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/8 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages debian-reference depends on: ii debian-reference-en 2.47 Versions of packages debian-reference recommends: ii debian-reference-fr 2.47 ii debian-reference-it 2.47 ii debian-reference-ja 2.47 ii debian-reference-pt 2.47 debian-reference suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
