Package: www.debian.org
Severity: normal
http://www.debian.org/support#irc contains:
At this point you will find yourself among the friendly crowd of
|#debian| inhabitants. You're welcome to ask questions about Debian
there. You can find the channel's faq at http://wiki.debian.org/DebianIRC.
If you can't find an answer to your problem in #Debian, try channels
like #LinPeople, #LinuxHelp, or #help.
The last sentence must have been added when irc.debian.org pointed to
freenode. Now that it points to OFTC, this is very little help:
On OFTC, #LinPeople is empty, #LinuxHelp has at this time 7 users, #help
has at this time 14 users. In comparison, #debian has 485 users.
If #debian can't answer a Debian question, it's unlikely that these
others channels will help.
In comparison, on freenode, #LinPeople has 27 users and #LinuxHelp has
55. #help redirects to #freenode, which has 784 users.
I suggest to just scrap that sentence.
