Thanks! I don't have a short-time need for this, and I will see again about doing the header moval after I complete the poppler 0.18.x transition (which is not yet started nor planned, although I'm looking at the remaining 5/6 non-compiling sources - which include luatex, #651169). -- Pino Toscano
