This happens for me with every package that's updated. The Update Manager shows "Downloading list of changes failed" and the package's changelog page on the website gives a 404 error. (I assume those 2 problems are connected.)

The changelogs seem to get added eventually, but it would be more useful if they could be made available at the time the package update is released.

Here are 2 current examples:

(1) http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/libpng12-0

Click on the "Debian Changelog" link =>
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/libp/libpng/libpng_1.2.44-1+squeeze2/changelog

which is a 404 error.

(2) http://packages.debian.org/squeeze/php5-common

Click on the "Debian Changelog" link =>
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/p/php5/php5_5.3.3-7+squeeze8/changelog

which is also a 404 error.
