Package: rss2email
Version: 1:2.71-0.1
Severity: important

I was unable to read a number of r2e generated emails today because they were
in big5, even though the text was in english.

This seems to be related to the use of non-ascii quotes (‘’“”).

Any email it generates ought to be in utf8 these days.
