I see no problem in enabling CMS, but rfc3779 seems to be changing struct x509_st (X509) in a ABI incompatible way, and I can't tell if this will break something or not. I would need to see that it doesn't break anything before enabling it. And I don't have the time to look into this. Else it would require me to change the soname again, and the transition from the previous one started 10 months ago and still isn't finnished. But I don't see a big problem in doing an other one.
