Ah, OK. > user of the db cant be authorized. Please try what is said in http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=658646 anyway :-) Including the rm -rf .libreoffice (make a backup if you want). > > Why on earth can't people just write important information > > into the bugreport *directly*? > Sorry for that. > I do not really understand what the sdbc driver do or especially what it not > do. Thats all information I have. Sorry. Just that it's grossly obsolete and it *DOES NOT* work. Maybe it connects but see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=620100 - it's not useful with OpenOffice.org/LibreOffice >= 3.3. You need the patch from https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35784 (see http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=620100 (especially comment #42) which the one from www.openoffice.org does not have. Maybe it just really is the bug I mentioned and it just happened to work because you registered it "freshly". Again, please compare this to #658646. [The upstream of that driver in LibreOffice times is subscribed to the bug afaik, so maybe he has more questions] Regards, Rene -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
