Hi. Could you please add to README.Debian a section where you document that --with-config-file-scan-dir is used to add /etc/php5/<SAPI>/conf.d AND that this is overriden if PHP_INI_SCAN_DIR is used. The later is a nice feature to make per vhost or per directory customisations. But people should know, that when they use it, /etc/php5/<SAPI>/conf.d/* will no longer be parsed.
