Correct. But why?

"systemctl -a" says "loaded inactive dead" for dbus.socket and dbus.service. 
However, I could manually start it using "systemctl start dbus.service".
After that KDE starts.

I also had to restart network-manager.service so that plasma-networkmanagement 
sees it.

I assume that this setting is not persistent across reboots?
