debian-ment...@lists.debian.org is the maintainer of pseudo-package
"sponsorship-requests", and as such it receives replies to mails sent to
cont...@bugs.debian.org, which notify about bug report bug status
changes. Unfortunately, these messages are causing annoyance for some
readers[0]. After discussion on the mailing list and on IRC, the rough
consensus is that we want these messages filtered out.
