Yes, I have it installed on one of the three machines I rotate using.

I used to have it installed on each machine, but the repetition was
maddening.

I have an idea. There is a central disk shared between all three
machines (via sneakernet, none of the machines is powered up at the same
time.)

My three machines mostly have the same packages but not 100%

Each day I do aptitude full-upgrade on one, in turn.

The next day the next.

I need three machines as I live on a lonely mountaintop, so can't deal
with just one computer that might break.

If I install apt-listchanges one each machine, and change
/etc/apt/listchanges.conf 's
save_seen=/var/lib/apt/listchanges.db
to
save_seen=/mnt/usb/my_central_disk/listchanges.db

Then as long as
* no entries are ever removed when I remove a package (as that package
  might be still on my other two machines)

* entries always advance, and never retreat (as I have already read that
  news, no matter what I do with the package)

then my idea of using the central disk would work!

However, there is no guarantees, nor documentation we can rely on of an
official way to proceed.

/usr/share/doc/apt-listchanges/README.Debian gives some but not all hints.

I managed to use
db_dump -d a /var/lib/apt/listchanges.db
to have a look how the file changes over time,
but I can't tell for sure, as there is no official --dump option.
